WHAT DOES 3in4NeedMore MEAN?
3in4NeedMore is a national campaign to raise awareness of the importance of planning for long-term care needs.
77% of Americans aged 30-65 think they should know more about LTCI than they currently do. That number increases to 81% for those aged 45-55 but is only 69% for those aged 55-65.
The age range is significant because those are the ages for the major purchases of the product. As well, nearly3 in 4 Americans need more information to make their decisions about planning for long term care, as roughly 70% of people over the age of 65 will eventually need some form of care.
